- AI prompt history for palette generation
- Your app preferences and settings
Camera & Photo Access
The app requests access to:
- Camera: To capture colors from the real world in real-time
- Photo Library: To extract colors from photos you select
Photos are processed entirely on your device. We do not upload, store, or transmit your photos to any server.
Usage Information
We collect minimal usage data to improve the app:
- Feature usage patterns (anonymized)
- Subscription status

AI Processing: The AI palette generator uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models. Your prompts are processed entirely on your device and are never sent to external servers. This provides a private, secure AI experience.

- Local Storage: Your data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData
- On-Device AI: AI features run entirely on your device
- Secure Authentication: Sign in with Apple provides secure, private authentication
- Encrypted Transmission: All data transmitted to our servers uses TLS encryption
- Keychain Storage: Sensitive tokens are stored in iOS Keychain
- Minimal Server Data: We only store essential data on our servers
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Apple: For authentication and subscription management
- RevenueCat: For subscription management (anonymous identifiers only)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect rights
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: View all your data within the app
- Delete: Delete your account and all associated data from Settings
- Export: Your data remains on your device under your control
- Opt-out: Disable notifications at any time
Account deletion removes all server-side data immediately. Local data can be cleared by deleting the app.

The app integrates with:
- Sign in with Apple: For secure authentication
- RevenueCat: For subscription management
- Apple Foundation Models: For on-device AI processing
Each service has its own privacy policy governing your data.
7. Children's Privacy
