Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Capy Bounce ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Service Description

Capy Bounce is an iOS game designed to provide entertainment through a casual jumping gameplay experience. The App provides:

• A zen garden themed jumping game
• Game Center leaderboard integration
• Various platform types and challenges
• Optional premium upgrade to remove ads

3. Game Center Integration

The App uses Apple Game Center for leaderboards. By using Game Center features, you:

• Agree to Apple's Game Center terms of service
• Allow your Game Center alias to appear on leaderboards
• Understand that scores are submitted to public leaderboards

Game Center access is optional and the game can be played without it.

4. Purchases & Payments

Free Version

The free version includes the complete game experience with occasional interstitial ads between games. Free users receive 2 lives per run.

Premium Purchase

A one-time premium purchase is available that:

• Removes all advertisements permanently
• Provides 3 lives per run instead of 2
• Is a non-consumable purchase that persists across devices

Billing

• Purchases are billed through your Apple ID
• Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription
• Your purchase can be restored on any device signed into the same Apple ID

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, hack, or use exploits to manipulate leaderboards
• Attempt to circumvent the ad system or premium features
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Submit false or misleading scores to leaderboards

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, animations, music, sound effects, and code, is owned by Spaghetti Coder Apps and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without explicit permission.

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Game Center availability depends on Apple's services.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of game progress or high scores
• Game Center service interruptions
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the premium purchase

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to online features at any time for violation of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your access to leaderboards may be revoked
• Your local game data remains on your device
• Premium purchases remain valid for offline play
