Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are charged through the Apple App Store
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You can cancel anytime in your Account Settings
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
Important: Subscription management is handled through the Apple App Store. We cannot process refunds or cancellations directly.
8. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Prompt Manager and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

- Provide false information
- Fail to pay subscription fees
Effect of Termination
- Your right to use the App will cease immediately
- We may delete your account and data
- You should export your data before termination
- Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.
No Warranty: We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitations
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- We are not responsible for data loss or corruption
- We do not warrant that the App will meet your specific requirements
- We are not liable for third-party services or content
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Exceptions
