1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pickleball Hub ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Description of Service

Pickleball Hub is a mobile application that provides:

• Match tracking and statistics
• Tournament creation and management
• Weather monitoring for pickleball courts
• Rules reference and learning resources
• Player and court management
• Data synchronization via iCloud

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time.

3. User Accounts

The App creates a local user profile on your device. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device
• All activities that occur under your profile
• Ensuring the accuracy of your player information
• Backing up your data through iCloud or other means

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium Features

Pickleball Hub offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Monthly and annual subscription options
• Unlimited tournaments and advanced statistics
• Priority weather notifications
• Advanced customization options

Billing

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings

Free Trial

Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App, including:

• Match records and statistics
• Tournament data
• Player profiles and photos
• Court information

By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content within the App for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload false, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or provide false information

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by Pickleball Hub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The pickleball rules content is based on official USA Pickleball rules and is used for educational purposes.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

• Apple WeatherKit: For weather data
• Apple iCloud: For data synchronization
• RevenueCat: For subscription management

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers

Weather Information

Weather data is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of weather forecasts and are not responsible for decisions made based on weather information.

Health and Safety

The App is not a substitute for professional sports training or medical advice. Always consult with appropriate professionals and use your own judgment regarding playing conditions and physical activity.

Service Availability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pickleball Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the App
• Any errors or omissions in any content

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may delete the App and all associated data at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice via the App or other means.

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
