Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using SaaS Digital Marketing Pro ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Service Description
SaaS Digital Marketing Pro is a macOS application that helps developers and creators generate marketing content for social media. The App provides:
- Capture logging for features, bug fixes, and milestones
- AI-powered content generation for multiple platforms
- Git integration for automated capture creation
- iCloud synchronization across devices
3. Accounts & Authentication
To use the App, you must sign in with your Apple ID using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your Apple ID
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us of any unauthorized use
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Free Tier
New users receive 3 free AI generations. After the free tier is exhausted, a subscription is required for continued use.
Subscription Plans
- Monthly: $6.99/month
- Yearly: $49.99/year (Save 40%)
Billing
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create in the App, including:
- App descriptions and audience information
- Captures (features, fixes, milestones)
- Any text you input
By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content through our AI services to generate marketing content for you.
6. AI-Generated Content
Important: AI-generated content is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before posting.
Ownership
You own the AI-generated content created for you through the App. You may use, modify, and publish it as you see fit.
Accuracy
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. Always review content before publishing.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will:
- Be accurate, complete, or error-free
- Achieve any particular marketing results
- Be suitable for any specific purpose
- Comply with platform-specific guidelines
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
- Create spam, misleading, or deceptive content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Spaghetti Coder Apps and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without our written permission.
9. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF CONTENT
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Any damages resulting from AI-generated content
- Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the App ceases immediately
- You may export your data before termination if possible
- We may delete your data after a reasonable period
